Refund Policy

Membership payments are received by Pioneer Poll Strategies Private Limited, which owns and operates Pasupu Sainyam (“we”, “us”).

The membership fee is ₹99 per year.
If your payment cannot be verified or your proof is rejected, contact us with the transaction ID; if we received the money and cannot activate your account, it will be refunded to the same UPI account.
If you paid twice or by mistake, contact us within 7 days with the transaction ID for a refund of the extra payment.
After your membership has been activated, the fee is not refundable for the remaining period.
Refunds are made to the original UPI account within 7 working days.
